Fuel Additive - SeaFoam

[Notes on Sea Foam quoted here were taken from Nighthawk Discussion Group on YahooGroups: My recently purchased 450cc 1986 Honda Nighthawk started to act like it was not getting enough gas to the carbs when I was riding it. Last week I cleaned the tank out...(saw some rust floating at the bottom) and put a in line filter on. A friend at work told me about using a product called Sea Foam. I never heard of it. I picked a can of it up at my al Advanced Auto parts store, they had one can left. I poured about 1/4 of the can in a full tank of gas and within 5 miles of riding it took care of my carb problem. This Sea Foam costs a little over 5 dollars.

Nighthawk owners have even been known to add Sea Foam to their engine oil. One rider said: "I have installed it in the oil and it fixed the sticky lifters I was going to have to go in and fix. Now I wont have to."]
